Absolutely brilliant. Never had anyone handle a shizitzu so well.. The dog loves to go for grooming.

I am very disappointed with Bairnsdale sportlight. I called a day ahead for a specific ballon availability, the girl on the phone physically find it and made me sure she puts it on hold under my name in front counter. When I arrived there they said they can’t find it over the messiest counter ever seen. No wonder it wasn’t find. It’s not right 😔you ruined my kid birthday. Organise your store. Would never visit this store again. 👎🏼

Found the store has a lot more in it when you start walking around, prices are good in general but really good when Spotlight have there specials on, have found the staff extremely helpful especially going in as a bloke who has no idea with somethings, definitely worth a visit

I've visited this store a couple of times since moving to Eagle Point. It's a fairly large Spotlight store and contains a wide range of stock. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. However, the aisles are very narrow and can be difficult to navigate around other customers and staff members. Stock can be challenging to locate at times. I'd recommend searching for the item online first to check if it's available before heading to the store. Otherwise, it's a pretty decent store.
